Can someone suggest cool/wet weather gear for men?

I can't spend much and I don't want tight fitting gear. Thank you.

2. by far the best stuff is gortex, but it isnt cheap. if there is any way you can save the money and get a jacket and pants, you'll never regret it. that said, in wet i resolve to the fact i am going to get wet. before i bought my gortex, i gave up on rain gear. most doesnt breath and just overheats you. i find it better to just get wet, but cover yourself in things that insulate well like wool and polypropolene. performance or nashbar are both great catalogs to use i believe. if i couldnt afford gortex, i would focus on getting poly tights and jerseys. you will get wet, but you will stay warm and breathe. i think that works better than nylon that doesnt breathe and overheats me.
3. just like with most things associated with cycling, you get what you pay for... so you may have to invest a bit more than you would like. Descente, Pearl Izumi, and Specialized all make very good wet weather wear. just go to your local bike shops and look around.
