Anyone know any good stores with clothes with punk rock clothes?

My sister wants to know because she wants to be a Rockstar on holloween and she wants to know even though it's in a long time. She wants to know if theres any punk rock clothes like Skye Sweetnam (if u don't know who she is search pictures of her on google or yahoo) not like pop clothes like Hannah Montana.
