Is this teen fashion now?

I was at the mall the other day and I saw some guys wearing baggy pants, backwards hats, DOG collars, spiky bracelets, and makeup- like black mime makeup on their faces, and lips. It was weird. Is that the fashion for teens now? What is it all about?

2. No, that is not the style no (thank goodness!) I suppose those guys were just showing their individuality but to most teens they would be considered freaks.

12. That is not the fashion at all,,,,the fashion is all about layers this year.. and doggy collors came back last year but went away in august.
13. just cause there dressed liek that and there teens dosen't mean its a teen fashion show.it can just be the way they dress or like to dress.but just cause there dressed like that dosen't mean its a fashion show.there probally just some goth teens or emo teens with bad taste of fashion.no offense to anyone of that style but i am just saying.
14. well, that is the style for some people( i dont' know about the makeup, though) but for real fashion followers, definetly NOT!! no , wide leg jeans, layers, adn polka dots are some thigns that are in fashion.

16. fashion is stupid its useless if you dont have the right clothes then you arent cool fashion is when one person wears this and someone else sees it and likes it...they wear it too...then someone else wears it....and so on its not original its jsut cool something to get kids popular.... they might like it but maybe not they jsut want to be cool and have "friends"
