What do they do with the t-shirts that they make for the losing sport teams in the championship games?

For championship games they make t-shirts and caps for both teams playing. I was curious to know what to they do with the stuff they made already for the losing side?

1. I don't know if they do this all of the time. But I know when the patriots lost the Super Bowl they gave the patriots championship shirts to some charity. They probably do that a lot.
2. My mom once worked in a factory that was contracted to make such apperal and the team that doesnt win they discounted and sold within the factory. I use to have all kinds of loser apperal.
3. They send them to some foreign country's like Africa.
4. My dad told me that they have a program that sends them to mostly Africa but some other countrys. He also said that they send them to natural disaster victims. They sent them to China a malaysia
