What can I buy to help organize my T-shirts?

I dont want to hang my t shirts on the rod. But If I put them in the drawer I end up messing up the orders when digging for a specific t shirt. Is there anything out there to help me to organize my t-shirts?

3. get that handy hanger or whatever it's called
4. You can get wire separators( lowes, etc) that you put on the shelf in the closet, and organize by color, designs, work, better shirts. Also you can roll them instead of folding them and put them in the drawer. you can see the shirts as they are laid in there in rows and the rolling technique has less wrinkles. I have lots of t-shirts too and there is no way to put them all on hangers in the closet and have room for my other clothes!
