Anyone have any ideas for DIY punk clothes?

So lately all I've really been doing is cutting up my band t-shirts and using safety pins everywhere, but im looking for some more original ideas. Anyone?

1. take a sewing class so you can make your own stuff and also thrift stores have good stuff. OR if you just get some needle and thread and stitch pieces together. How about you make an outfit out of recycled stuff and be an eco-punk!
2. "Original ideas" would be yours. So yeah. But my only real suggestion is that you look at things you have now, and come up with other ways to use/wear them.
