How to stop neck from stretching on t-shirts?

Is there anyway to reduce the stretching of the neck area on t-shirts?

1. ...dont stretch them out...dont use hangers
2. i would just sugest to take them of carefully and take care of them well i recomend you buy proclubs or pro 5 t shirts they are inexpensive and have a tight neck hole that doesnt stretch
