Will wearing Sun Screen make my t-shirts change colour?

Going on holiday next month and i've been advised to get cheap t-shirts to wear in the day ,as a few friends have said suntan lotion will send my t-shirt's yellow is this true

It depends on what sunscreen you use...make sure before you buy it that you read the back of it...It will tell you if it "may discolor clothes" my baby's sunscreen has that on the back of it but I haven't found problems with it. I have one called "Fruit of the Earth block up" it is waterproof and has UVA and UVB protection and has aloe in it. It has also NOT turned anything of mine yellow or any other color for that matter.
