Do most guys who have a fit lean muscular body, wear small, or medium sized t-shirts?

1. well im 5'5 and im around 115 pounds and i like wearing tighter fitting clothes because im very lean and i think wearing bigger clothes makes my neck look long and head small, muscular im not but i dont have body fat either im just thin.
2. I'm 5'9' 150, and yes i wear a medium usually, because i am real lean and cut, so bigger shirts make me look small.
