How Can I Make My Clothes Look Punk, And Hairstyle?

I love the look of punk its hott,but im not sure how to make it or make my clothes look like it.Buying punk clothes is way to much so thats why i want to make it or redue,and also wat color should i die my hair or highlight my hair and how to style it?

5. Punk clothes are well tight fitting from head to toe. Hair should be either spiked or teased up and allover.
6. Its your choice to highlight it you could try a mo-hawk or a tri-hawk for hair styles I would think it would be sort of hard to make your clothes look punk should just buy some clothes

8. first off...HOT TOPIC IS NOT PUNK ROCK there's some cheap websites...loserkids.com and such just you know where tee shirts and jeans..i mean that's punk rock right there..all i wear is band tee's and jeans and dc shoes.
