Which came first, the Doors song "PeaceFrog" or the t-shirts?

I have a t-shirt with a peace frog on it. My nephew wanted to know which came first, the shirts or the awesome song "Peace Frog" by the Doors. I have no idea how old the shirt symbol is. Help? yes i think the song came first but wanted to give him some more definite info. thx

1. I'm only guessing but due to the way that Jim Morrison thought and how he wrote his music, I would say his song came first then the T-shirt. I highly doubt a logo on a T-shirt would inspire Jim to write a song about it. Makes one wonder what DID inspire him to write "Peace Frog" though, doesn't it?
