Where can I make a T Shirt with a Custom Color?

I want to make my own T-Shirt with a specific color & text. I Googled "Make Custom T-Shirts" but most of them have default colors you have to choose from. Anyone know where I can make the color myself? Like from a hex code? Anything?

1. american apparel sells almost any color shirt so you could try there. they sell plain white tees and dyes so you could also make a custom texture and colored tee of your choice
