How to turn prep clothes into punk clothes?

Im into the punk/rocker look (yes i know, labels suck. But you need them to describe to people on the net). But my some of my family refuses to believe im not all preppy like them, so they keep sending me these prep clothes. Now I have two options: Donate them or Turn them into rocker clothes. So, any ideas (or websites) that you guys can give me to help me with this lil...annoyance? Um, Well my main colors are red, purple, and black. Um, Shirts that are unique..lol I dont know...Well i would wear this shirt: http://www.infectiousthreads.com/Images/big_ls_top_lock.jpg Its harder to explain your look then i thought it would be... But basically dark(er) clothes. And i like bats (:p)

3. What do you mean by 'punk/rock?' There are so many different versions of it. Try posting a picture of what you mean, or an example of something you'd wear. But eh, in general, you can still wear things that are considered preppy if you mix them with punk-ish clothes.
