it depends on the trends and your style. but Wet Seal sells cute things for good prices!

Urban Outfitters is definitely worth a look. While most of their stuff is pretty pricey, head straight to the sale sections and you can get some really good bargains. Charity shops are also great. It's usually pretty hit and miss, but if you get a good one at the right time, you can pick up some really nice stuff.

It depends on where you are. If you're not super close to a major city try forever 21 or wet seal. If you're near a city like Philly or New York or something check out the thrift shops around the city, there are some really great finds. My favorite is Buffalo Exchange and if you go to their website, you can find store directory (they're franchised so they're all around the country.) Also Plato's Closet.
