What are the longer T-shirts underneath the baseball jersey you see pros and college players wear?

i was just wondering because for my school we wear white jerseys for home and i wanted a blue T-shirt....and we wear a dark blue jersey on our away games and i would get some other T-shirt once i think about it....please help also the shirts kind of go a bit past the elbow.

3. underarmor theres short and long sleeves, there are also cheaper substitutes that work just as well like firestone is wat comes to mind, but the pros wear under armor
