How do i get T-shirts printed with gradients and over seams?

I often design T-shirts for different events, between 50-100 prints at a time, but i'm fed up with having to design in block colors, does ANYONE know anything about how to or where to find a printing company that will print T-shirts like you'd see in places like All-Saints (using gradients, printing over seams, giving worn / weathered effect). Or is this something that is done before the fabric is made into t-shirts? Thanks for your help!

1. There is plenty of online sites that offer this and so does your yellow pages and local flea market
2. Printing over seams is difficult to do, you may find some silk screening companies that can do it, but it is not common. Gradients can be achieved by any experience silk screener, you just have to ask. And the weathered effect can be achieved in a various manners, sometimes before printing, other way is to make the art itself distressed. Check out www.imaginTEE.com, they can work with you to create some different effects. But I know they do not print over seams.
