Where can I get cool new school clothes that aren't that expensive?

Ok so I am of course starting school and I'm going to the mall to get new clotheswith my friends.I just wanted to know where some cool inexpensive clothes.Thanx in advance!

7. you can go with your friends for staple pieces you need but check out some local thrift stores for funky pieces and rad jewelry
8. jc penney always has loads of clearanced clothes. a lot of times there is already discounted prices that are marked and you get an additional percentage off of the discounted price. every store has clearance racks. out with the old, in with the new...

10. Depending on your area...target for sure. Old navy, deb, and gap sometimes has some really good stuff in the clarence section. Also look for a plato's closet. You have to be willing to spend some time searching but you can find some pretty good deals there too!
