What are some cool clothes to wear casually?

I think my clothes are boring and they are not in the latest fashion. So what should I wear casually that is not boring and in the latest fashion. What shops do I buy them at? ( I live in Australia by the way ) Do you think that you have to wear converse shoes to make your clothes look cool? I usually wear sport shoes. Also how should I style my hair? Please help & Thanks P.S - I am 13 years old and I am male

1. please dont buy converses. i'm like the anti-converse guy here. they arent cool, you just look like a tool. wear what you want bro, confidence is what chicks want, not clothes. they have gay best friends for that
2. type in google Brad Butter, and look at his clothes, hes a new designer. there cool looking (Y) :)
3. Clothes: Try Jayjays for tee's their discount sales can get you really cheap stuff thats decent. Guys in converse shoes look gay IMO. Latest fashion dosn't matter really, just anything thats comortable and doesnt make you look like a slob. Hair: I like guys with messy, short hairstyles. Long hair looks really, really bad on guys IMO.
