Why do the bad guys always get cool clothes?

in like every game i have seen the bad guys ALWAYS get way cooler clothes than the good guy? WHY?? good guys can be cool too!

2. This is because most of the time, the bad people have way to much time on their hands because they're so busy plotting plans against the good guys and trying to "take over the world," it seems. Also, it's due to the fact that they have a higher financial status than the heroes.
