Where do I get really cool clothes for a low price?

I really love Pacific Sunwear and Hot Topic; (ya know scene/emo-ish clothes), but the clothes and accessories in Pac Sun and Hot Topic are really expensive. I'm not a billionaire, so I’m wondering if anyone knows any stores or websites to find unique and awesome clothes for a reasonable price. Thanks! =) -Jade
