What are some good shops with cool/ cute clothes in USA that a 13 year old would fit into?

Ok, so here is the deal... I'm 13 year old. All my clothes are from abercrambie and abercrambie & fitch. I mean i love their clothes but i kind of got bored of them, so i'm looking for some shops for like teen girls with cute, cool, pretty clothes. Anyone? dont say aeropostale. my mom doesnt want me to shop there, cuz she says that it doesnt have clothes made from a good material.
