How can I get T shirts made to order and drop shipped?

Does anyone know a place I can do this or whats the cheapest way to go for quality commemorative t shirts? This is for a race that took place in my town and nobody was selling any T shirts for it. I don't know how many would sell if I had them on a website. I would like to advertise them on my website, but this project must be done on the cheap. Any ideas on where to start? Where to get/make a logo? Thanks!

1. you could use zazzle (zazzle.com - if in uk put .co.uk at end) you design the product and when someone orders it you get a cut of the price they make it and ship it all for you good luck
2. I started on CafePress.com. You upload an image and then you can buy shirts (and mugs and bumper stickers and...) and they'll be shipped where you want. It might be a little pricey though -- $14-$20 for a shirt, depending on what you choose.
