Where can I find cool clothes for less?

My style is a little out of the ordinary. It is hard to believe, but I dress like a goth but am really a fun person to be around. I will not wear girly, frilly, or fru fru colors. Only black. I only shop at hot topic, and I have to budget while I am there. Are there any places like Hot Topic that sell clothes that are not expensive?
