What are some cool clothes for a 13 year old?

Does anyone know some cool stores for an 13 year old girl. The store could be online. I like being different from everyone else and I want to be the trend setter. My style is girly or what ever is cute. Just help me puh-lease! I need to find someone clothes that don't cost much also. Thanks!
