Where can i buy some cheap-ish, cool clothes when i'm only 5'0"?

I need some new clothes. Desperately. I'm going into 9th grade, i'm 5'0" and average weight i guess. i've tried on jeans at places like american eagle, pacsun and forever 21, and NONE of them ever fit me. the only jeans i've found at the mall that fit are petite size 0's at delia's. any advice about where to shop to get some cool clothes for not that much money that would fit a shorty like me? please help!

4. i'm the same exact as you, except i'm only 4'11" lol and going into 9th grade........i go to places like wet seal, they do fit, and macy's, nordstrom, just get the smaller sizes. you dont need to shop at petite but there is nothing wrong with that either.
5. -Kohl's -Old Navy I saw jeans there today for $10! -Marshalls They have a really cute Juniors section!
6. Arepostile, Holister, Ambercombie, American Eagle, that's where i shop- they are cheapish, really cute, and young people shop there too :)
7. Just get stuff tailored. Everything can be shortened, things can be taken in... It makes anything work. Hollister has small, cheap clothes, too. Hope this helps!
8. for jeans you i know aeropostal has 00 short. and i'm even shorter than you so they fit me fine. and for petite clothing anne taylor loft i know i know i thought it was a grandmas store but ist not. ann taylor is so look for anne taylor loft. they have really cute dresses that come in i think xxs petite maybe even more x's. and avercrombie sometimes has good sails on their jeans so u could look at that too. hollister might be a good choice too cause there jeans come pretty slender fitting
9. i am exactly the same 5'0" and 14 n from england so dont have grades i get all my clothes almost from asos.com petites they go to u.s to and all of it fits great ands really nice! x if you try it size 4 is a u.s 0! xx
10. Try asking the sales clerks where the clearance racks are in the petite stores. They are usually hidden in the back or middle of the stores. I have found name brand clothes that once sold for $50.00 to $100.00 or more an item for anywhere from $3.00 to 10.00. If you are really in a bind there are always the thrift stores. Salvation Army and Goodwill are great places to shop. You wouldn't believe the new clothes that I've found in them. A lot of stores donate clothes, because they can't sell them and don't have the room to store them. Some teens have a problem with their peers seeing them coming out of the thrift stores. The good thing is that you can always ask your parents to take you out of town. These stores and others are in almost every city and have great deals which are easy on your parents' pockets(: Have fun shopping
