What are some websites that give really great tips and guides on teen girls' fashion 2009?

I'm going to be a freshman in high school this year and I'm really excited. But I'm also nervous, partly because I don't want to ruin my first impression on all my new classmates by coming in with really unfashionable and ugly clothes. I really want people to like the clothes I wear and not think that I'm a loser. So if anyone knows any websites that give tips on trends and fashion that would be awesome!! Thanks!!
