2. Fullmetal alchemist is cool oh and steamboy (i love that movie) and howl's moving castle
3. Bleach! no machines, but lots of powers and stuff bankai ftw
4. Check out Code geass...Its got machinary AND powers (geass) Its an excellent anime, and internationally so, not like one of my personal choices. It also has enough comic releif in it so that u dont puke over all the seriousness and drama. Fullmetal Alchemist is a very good anime too, again internationally so. Hope I helped!
