What are some crazy cool clothes ideas for student council?

I'm trying to find something fun for my student council to wear, in the past we have worn baseball t-shirt, orange coveralls, orange shiny pants and hooded sweatshirts, is there something that is different and stands out that would be fun but classy to wear?

1. Have each person get a t-shirt and decorate it with fabric paint or have them find a hat at home and make it crazy looking by adding cool stuff like plastic sunglasses to their hats.
