  1. get a bussniess deggre
  2. wear them....self advertise. make sure they are funny.... maybe even rude but not to offensive
  3. i sell t-shirts and all you need is a good motto! and/or a good logo! and good designs!
  4. t-shirt business is very, very competitive - so many people are doing it. only if you have a great, unique product do you stand a chance. and don't depend on your friends to buy the shirts - what they say now and what their wallets do later are two different things!
  5. Start out doing it as a hobby....wear some of your t-shirts to school and then ppl will start asking where you got it from....you can tell them that you made it ....then start taking orders.
  6. let them do it!, have funny slogans on t-shirts, if your gonna make t shirts yourself, Let them come to you, tell you what they want on it, and then u make it, but if you want fashion t shirts, dark blood red is in.. and no pockets on the t shirt!

  8. my sister sold t-shirt for a project last year.. basically all you have to do is have good advertising ( poster, flyer, put it on the radio, tv, newspaper.. media), good quality shirts that look kool, and a reasonable price.. everyone wants to think that what they buy is a good deal...
  9. give some to some friends and family members and give them a stack of flyers or business cards with a website that shows some pictures of the shirts and of people wearing them. send them to places that have a lot of people like malls and shopping centers. and have them pass out the flyers/business cards . and get a witty name for your line of t-shirts. something that sticks in the mind
