What do you call the men's tank tops that are really just sleeveless t-shirts but they have real long armholes?

It's like the entire arm hole goes all the way down to the waist. You know what I mean? They're not tank tops... what are they called and where do you get them... or can you make them?!!? Thanks

1. Here we call them wife beaters. But there really just t-shirts. You can get them at Wal-Mart.
