I am selling t-shirts online and I live in PA, do I have to charge sales tax? And if so, how do I send it in?

I have looked everywhere and from what I have read I'm getting all different kinds of answers. Some people say I have to collect sales tax from everyone, some say only from my state, and some say from no one because my business is run online. I just want a straight answer so I don't mess anything up.

1. depends on the state you are in, you need to get a sales tax id # from your state
2. The PA Retailer's Information Guide (see link below) says wearing apparel, including t-shirts, is not taxable in PA. Therefore, you don't need to deal with the question of where your customers are located. Watch out, however, if you are selling other items as well.
