Most popular t-shirts brands and jeans and shoes for teen boys!?

HELP!! Would like to buy my 13 year old grandson some popular stylish clothing as in t-shirts, jeans, shorts and shoes for the summer. I really don't know whats really stylish these days or even the stores or websites to look in? I would love to give him something that he will actually like. I buy him things and I never see him wear any of it, so I really need some help here with this. Can someone help me please?

  1. If he's like me, thinkgeek.com.
  2. --Go to the mall, and see what the expensive stuff is for teen boys, then find the same product at a cheaper place. --Or go to the mall and find out what boys are wearing, don't take binoculars and don't lick your lips when your looking at the teens. haha --Look at your grandson what is his type? Is he a prep, skater, musician. Then find clothes that fit him. --The brand doesn't matter its the style that teens care about. --Maybe he likes plain T's or Blue Jeans, Kakis, Brown Shorts. Beanie Hats/ Knit Caps. FIND HIS STYLE THEN MATCH IT
  3. This may be coming from a girl but i know what looks good on guys Id say brands like Stussy, Adidas, Rusty, Billabong, Jag, Quicksilver, O'neil, Insight, Superdry, Levi, Mossimo, Zoo York, Mooks. I think if you do a simple t shirt, he's more likely to wear it because if its not his style, he can add other accessories and clothes to make it work with his style. does that make sense? I think you're best going with a t shirt with a plain colour and a logo or something on the front. and jeans, probably a straight leg dark denim, as simple as possible. Theres some pretty awesome shoes out there too, try Adidas, Nike's and Vans.
  4. If he's more preppy: Hollister, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Abercrombie & Fitch (DC, Billabong are good too) If he's more sporty: Nike, Adidas, Sportchek, Reebok, Puma If he's more punk/emo: Hot Topic, West 49 You can also try places like Target, K-mart, Wal-mart. Sometimes, they have nice clothes too. But you should ask him first before you buy.
