West Side Story T-Shirts for a high school production (possibly copyright infringement)?

My high school is putting on a production of West Side Story, and I am in charge of getting t-shirts for the cast and crew. I want to use the following image. http://www.imdb.com/media/rm3284180736/tt0055614 It's the cover of the DVD. Since the cast and crew have to pay for these shirts, would using this image be considered copyright infringement? If it is, is there anyone I could contact to ask for permission to use that image?

1. That is a super famous and very well known image. Was the album cover back in the day when every kid in America went to the movies to see WSide Story. We also read books back then. You may be able to get permission to use the image for your production or you may have to pay. Now if you did, "Blank High School " presenting West Side Story and an image that you design yourself there should be no problem. Contact the producer of the Album/DVD and see what they say.
