  1. You can go to any screen printing shop in your area and have it printed for a price... or you can buy a screen printing kit, just google it, and print the design on things yourself
  2. You need to contact the printing company you are going to use and ask what format they want the file in. I normally use PrintOnDemandShirts.com and they can take the graphic in either PhotoShop or jpg/gif. They do recommend at least 300 dpi and submit it the size you want it printed. They print full color on the front, back, sides and sleeves with no screen charges and will print as few as 1.
  3. This article will explain the process of getting a Custom Screen Printing price quote, and all the steps involved. The artwork should be sent as a Vector file, not a .jpg or other bitmap. If you send a .jpg file (or other bitmap format) the artwork is not very editable. Most Screen Printers (such as our shop) employ a Graphic Design Artist who can take your idea and add some creative touches or inputs, as well as set up the artwork so that it looks good on a shirt and not just a screen. http://www.shirtartinc.com/screenprintingcustomtshirts.htm#screenprintingorderprocess FYI The TShirtsOnDemand Site mentioned above does not actually do Screen Printing, but rather a different process (generally called DTG - Direct To Garment) that does not match the durability and longevity of traditional Screen Printed items. That said it is a reasonable option for getting just a few shirts done with a multi-colored design, as Screen Printing is very quantity dependent. On small runs of a few pieces with alot of colors DTG will be cheaper, on larger runs traditional Screen Printing will be cheaper. Hope this helps!
