PUNK CLOTHES? Where to find unique punk clothes or stores to buy items to make them?

USA ONLY PLEASE. I tried japanese stores :/ not so good same with UK their stuff runs too small. any ideas on how to make clothes or where to find things that i can make look really cool? I like the way Tim Armstrong(from rancid, operation ivy, and transplants) dresses. where can i find clothes like his? preferably not hottopic :/

3. Vintage or used clothing stores like the Salv! no one in their right mind buys a new leather jacket! If you buy one and decide to put spikes in it (like TA), that has to be done by hand. Watch SLC punk, because the must important thing is, to be yourself and NEVER STOP DOING WHAT YOU LIKE! Thank you for being the first person to not like Hottopic/ the fact is that chain stores and stores over seas are quite the opposite to the punk fashion.
