Where can I buy super tight jeans and punk clothes in NYC?

Hi, I am a guy that loves skintight jeans and punk/goth clothes. Will be in NYC for 2 weeks and wanted to buy some cool outfits. As NYC is large, I'd like some precise places to go for this type of clothing - without spending a fortune :) Thanks

1. Ok, you go to the local hardware store and get some blue spray, and go to a clothes store and get some black clothing dye. Then, go home and dye all your current clothes black, and spray on some jeans(with underwear on, of course)....TA-DA skintight jeans, and Gothic clothing. All for under $10! :D
