whats the use of those ribbon things near the necks of t shirts for?

they are those (white or transperent) ribbon loops on the inside of the shirt.... generally near the neck....

1. its in the shirt so u can put it on a hanger so it wont fall off the hanger and they r on most clothing of a certain material
2. It's so you can hang it up properly in your closet. You loop the ribbon round the hook that's on the hanger. :)
