how can i get a internship with a fashion Label , a cosmetic makeup-line,or a fashion teen magazine?

Im 16 years old, so i don't know how to get into the fashion industry,or the Industries in which my question states. I would like to the things like the Simmion sisters do in the fashion and magazin industry . If any one can help me out this would help my dream become reality if any one can help me get in contact with a teen fashion magazine or things to that matter please respond
