What is the best fabric glue to adhere fabric to t-shirts?

I have t-shirts with pictures on them, i want to remove picture and put on another t-shirt. I have Aleens fabric glue from Michaels. Also when i adhere fabrics, should i stretch t-shirt, or just leave flat and glue on design or whatever i choose, Thanks.
